Payment & Returns

All payments are through Paypal.

If you believe an item to be faulty please contact me as soon as possible so I can arrange a full refund (minus postage & packing) after goods returned to me.

Please note that if the item is not faulty the responsibility lies with you to return it within 7 days. Please ensure that the item you are returning has Proof of Postage and is appropriately packaged so that it arrives back in an undamaged condition.

Specially commissioned/ altered designs cannot be returned. However, in the event of you not being happy with your item please contact me at lorraine@laurieddesigns.co.uk and I am sure I will be able to rectify the problem.

Earrings for pierced ears are non returnable due to health and safety reasons.
